Course Overview: Company Philosophy for CRCI Employees

This course aims to equip CRCI employees with the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to align with the organization’s mission, vision, and operational policies. Course Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will:

1. Understand CRCI’s mission, vision, and core values and how these drive the organization’s work.
2. Gain knowledge of CRCI’s program structure and recovery phases.
3. Learn the principles of ethical behavior, confidentiality, and conflict resolution in line with CRCI’s policies.
4. Familiarize themselves with the CRCI Media Policy for effective external communication.
5. Master workplace safety and incident reporting procedures to maintain a secure environment.
6. Review CRCI’s guidelines for the use of company resources, including vehicles and remote work setups.
