• Support residents in their recovery journey while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Follow onboarding and compliance procedures effectively.

Module 1: Welcome to CRCI

Introduction to Christian Recovery Centers, Inc.

• CRCI is a faith-based organization dedicated to recovery from addiction through spiritual and educational support.
• Volunteers play a crucial role in creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment.

Volunteer Code of Conduct

• Volunteers must adhere to CRCI policies and align with its faith-based mission.
• Volunteers must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times.

General Responsibilities

• Adhere to all CRCI policies while interacting with residents.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect residents’ personal journeys.

Module 3: Ethical Boundaries & Communication

Guidelines for Resident Interaction

• Supervision: Residents must always be supervised during activities.
• Communication Restrictions: Volunteers may not facilitate unsupervised contact between residents and outsiders.
• Financial Boundaries: No financial transactions or gifting without CRCI approval.
• Professional Conduct: Maintain professionalism and avoid engaging in inappropriate discussions.

Module 5: Onboarding & Compliance
