Course Overview
This course aims to equip CRCI participants with advanced leadership, recovery support, and professional skills necessary for personal growth and a future in addiction recovery services. Designed for Phase 3 and 4 residents, LDI-II provides hands-on experience in leadership, ethics, and project management within CRCI’s structured program, culminating in job readiness and long-term self-sufficiency.
