Course Objective:
This course is designed to guide Phase 4.3 residents as they prepare for full independence. It outlines the final requirements, responsibilities, and opportunities available before transitioning out of CRCI.
Key Components of Phase 4.3

Maximum Personal Freedom with Accountability
- Residents have near-independent status while remaining within CRCI’s structure.
- No restrictions on church attendance or meeting locations, but attendance tracking is still required.

Leadership & Mentorship Roles
- Phase 4.3 residents are expected to mentor and support residents in earlier phases.
- Many will take on leadership responsibilities within CRCI programs or social enterprises.

Employment & Financial Stability
- Must maintain full-time employment and submit proof of continued work.
- Residents should be financially preparing for independent living.

Exit Planning & Transition Support
- The final 4-6 weeks are dedicated to exit planning, including housing, transportation, and employment arrangements.
- CRCI staff can assist with job placement, housing resources, and financial planning.

Optional Leadership Development Initiative (LDI) Completion
- Those in LDI will finalize their certifications, training, and leadership coursework.
- LDI graduates may qualify for employment with CRCI or other recovery-related organizations.

Recovery Commitment & Long-Term Success
- Continued participation in recovery meetings and spiritual growth activities is expected.
- Residents should have an established support network for post-program life.

Final Review & Graduation Requirements
- Residents will undergo a final assessment with CRCI leadership.
- Successful graduates may be eligible for financial assistance for rent or transportation upon exit.
